We are looking for an experienced urban designer to join our team.
We offer a hybrid-remote position, collaborating with our global team of designers based in the Netherlands, North America, UAE, and China. The start date is tentatively December, with engagement details to be discussed based on the level of experience.
Role Description:
Guide junior colleagues in the production of concept master plans deliverables and urban design and public realm guidelines across multiple projects, inclusive of building typologies and architectural characters, development control regulation, and development statistics summaries.
Oversee, draft, and assemble client presentations, urban design reports, and create templates and approaches applicable across multiple projects.
Liaise and workshop with client, multiple sub-consultants, and internal team members to integrate into master plan and design.
Manages large-scale conceptual masterplan projects including planning, directing internal team, and supervising all aspects of the project results.
Lead the development of training sessions/courses on new concepts, approaches and/or materials to enhance the capabilities of Tekuma Frenchman’s masterplanning abilities.
