We are looking for a senior project director to expand our team to Riyadh.
We offer a hybrid-remote position, collaborating with our global team of designers based in the Netherlands, North America, UAE, and China. Work would be primarily conducted in Riyadh with clients and WFH. The start date is tentatively December, with engagement details to be discussed based on the level of experience.
Role Description:
Manages largescale conceptual masterplan projects including planning, directing and supervising all aspects of the project results, client satisfaction, and quality.
Coordinates between client and internal team based outside of Riyadh which includes designers and engineers, effectively maintaining liaison within and outside the organisation.
Has full responsibility for interpreting, organising, executing, and coordinating technical assignments.
Requires multi-disciplinary knowledge of urbanism and infrastructure, and the ability to integrate a various set of expertise.
Works under minimal supervision. Supervision received is essentially administrative with assignments given in terms of broad general objectives and limits.
Our Requirements:
Relevant urban planning, engineering, or project management degree
5-10 years of experience in urban/infrastructure projects in the Middle-East, particularly in the management and delivery of multi-disciplinary planning projects
Project Administration Management and leadership experience
Strong professional writing, verbal and presentation skills, and the aptitude to rationally explain, explore and communicate with client
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or other related planning software;
Flexible, adaptable, prepared to take on new challenges and able to work under pressure.
Fluency in Arabic and English
Work experience in Saudi Arabia, knowledge of local KSA requirements (MOMRA) is a major plus
