Role Description:

• Guide junior colleagues in the production of concept master plans deliverables and urban design and public realm guidelines across multiple projects, inclusive of building typologies and architectural characters, development control regulation, and development statistics summaries.
• Oversee, draft, and assemble client presentations, urban design reports, and create templates and approaches applicable across multiple projects.
• Liaise and workshop with client, multiple sub-consultants, and internal team members to integrate into master plan and design.
• Manages large-scale conceptual masterplan projects including planning, directing internal team, and supervising all aspects of the project results.
• Lead the development of training sessions/courses on new concepts, approaches and/or materials to enhance the capabilities of Tekuma’s masterplanning abilities.

Our Requirements:

• Relevant urban planning/architecture/landscape degree
• 5+ years of work on large-scale mixed-use concept and detailed concept master plan in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East Region.
• Project Administration Management and leadership experience
• High-proficiency in Adobe CC suite, Microsoft office suite, AutoCad, and competence in design tools (Rhino, Sketch‐Up, drawing by hand, etc).
• Requires multi-disciplinary knowledge of urbanism and infrastructure, and the ability to integrate a various set of expertise.
• Flexible, adaptable, prepared to take on new challenges and able to work under pressure.
• Written and spoken proficiency in English, Arabic is a plus.
• Knowledge of local KSA guidelines such as MOMRA, Mostadam Communities and Mostadam Sustainable Buildings Standards is a plus.
• Knowledge of spatial data (GIS/CAD) integration is a plus.
